Hydraulic Unit is an important system in industrial production, and the quality and maintenance of its spare parts are very important for the long-term stable operation of the equipment. Common hydraulic machine spare parts include hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve, seal, oil seal, piston rod, hydraulic pipeline, filter and pressure gauge. Regular inspection and replacement of these hydraulic spares can prolong the service life of hydraulic press and ensure production efficiency and safety.
Hydraulic pump: such as gear pump, vane pump, piston pump, etc., is the power source of hydraulic press, which converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy and provides high-pressure oil for hydraulic system.
Hydraulic motor: it converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy and drives the working mechanism to move. There are many types, such as vane type, gear type and plunger type.
Hydraulic cylinder: It is the core component of the hydraulic system to perform reciprocating motion. Common hydraulic cylinders include piston hydraulic cylinder, plunger hydraulic cylinder, swinging hydraulic cylinder, combined hydraulic cylinder, etc. The piston or plunger is driven by the pressure of hydraulic oil to realize the linear motion or swinging of the working mechanism.
Directional control valve: such as one-way valve, reversing valve, etc., used to control the flow direction of hydraulic oil, thus changing the movement direction of the actuator.
Pressure control valve: including safety valve, pressure reducing valve, sequence valve, pressure relay, etc., used to adjust and control the pressure of hydraulic system to ensure the safety and normal operation of the system.
Flow control valve: such as throttle valve, speed regulating valve, diverter valve, etc., used to control the flow of hydraulic oil, so as to adjust the movement speed of the actuator.
Hydraulic oil tank: it stores hydraulic oil, and also has the functions of heat dissipation, air separation and impurity precipitation.
Oil filter: It is used to filter impurities in hydraulic oil, keep the oil clean, and prevent impurities from entering hydraulic components, which will affect their normal work and service life. It has four levels of filtering accuracy: coarse, ordinary, fine and extra fine.
Cooler: When the hydraulic system works, the hydraulic oil will generate heat due to energy loss. The cooler can reduce the temperature of the hydraulic oil and ensure the normal operation of the system.
Accumulator: It can store the pressure energy of oil, release energy when the system needs it, and play the roles of assisting power source, maintaining pressure and supplementing leakage, absorbing pressure shock and eliminating pressure fluctuation.
Hydraulic pipelines and connectors: used for connecting hydraulic components and conveying hydraulic fluid, including high-pressure oil pipes, steel pipes, copper pipes, rubber pipes, plastic pipes and nylon pipes, as well as matching pipe joints such as welded, jacketed, flared, rubber hose connectors and quick-change connectors.
O-ring: it is a kind of sealing ring with circular cross section, which has good sealing performance and adaptability and is widely used in static sealing and dynamic sealing parts of hydraulic system.
Oil seal: It is used to prevent hydraulic oil from leaking to the external environment, and also to prevent external impurities from entering the hydraulic system. Common oil seals include skeleton oil seal and frameless oil seal.
Guide sleeve: it guides and supports the piston or plunger of the hydraulic cylinder, and also has a certain sealing function to ensure the linearity and stability of the piston or plunger movement.
