Indian Clients Visit YWLX to Inspect Skin-pass Mill

Today, Dheeraj and Singh, production and equipment experts from India's esteemed SH company, accompanied by representatives from Beijing S Design Institute, visited YWLX. Their mission was to inspect and accept the 5000KN skin-pass mill crafted by YWLX for SH's new galvanizing line.

During the visit, the experts engaged in in-depth discussions with YWLX's technicians. They examined various aspects of the skin-pass mill, from installation to process-use compatibility, covering mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, along with PLC and MCC control systems. A comprehensive pre-delivery performance test was conducted on the assembled mill, assessing functions like rolls locking and opening, and the operation of anti-crimp rolls and Rocker wedge blocks. All tests were successful, and packaging and transportation details were finalized, with the mill now ready for dispatch.
