The perfect automatic control :  از جمله کنترل خودکار نیروی نورد ثابت (AFC)، کنترل ازدیاد طول ثابت خودکار (AEC)، کنترل موقعیت خودکار (APC) و کنترل تنش ثابت خودکار (ATC). 

The higher automation level: Roll gap quick automatic open and recover   when welding seam passing, automatic calibration online, quick change roll online and hydraulic locking.   

جدیدترین حالت نورد نرم توسعه یافته توسط YWLX: حالت نورد نرم برای باز نشدن رول ها هنگام عبور درز جوش داده شده است. اگر نیروی نورد کمتر از 2000KN باشد، درز جوش داده شده می تواند مستقیما عبور کند. اگر نیروی نورد بیش از 2000KN باشد، تا 2000KN کاهش می یابد و درز جوش داده شده مستقیما بدون باز کردن رول ها عبور می کند. حالت نورد نرم تضمین می کند که به سطح رول آسیب نمی رساند.

The higher electrical control system: Driving control system will use full digital inverter speed control and Siemens’ or ABB’s speed control device. Basic automation will use Siemens’ or ABB’s PLC control with touch screen. Bending roll system will use servo control.

The perfect HMI: کارخانه از HMI برای جمع آوری، نمایش و ذخیره داده ها استفاده می کند. 

کنترل صافی: آسیاب از سیستم خمش مثبت/منفی رول کار برای کنترل صافی استفاده می کند. 

Automatic elongation control: با کنترل نیروی نورد برای انجام کنترل ازدیاد طول. 

فرآیند آسیاب: skin passing by wet/dry as the process requirement. 

مجهز به high pressure water system and anti-crimping roll and anti-cross breaker roll. 

سیستم کمکی آسیاب: including medium pressure hydraulic station and high pressure servo station.
